In 2017, Robin and Carol Thompson established Thompson & Ortiz P.C.  They purchased the CPA firm from Leigh Hogan, who had established the business and owned it for over 20 years.  During Robin’s 18 years working with Leigh, and in the time since owning Thompson & Ortiz P.C., Robin has continued to build a company alongside Carol that prides itself on valuable client relationships and their expertise of accounting, bookkeeping, and tax. 

 

Robin’s specialty at the firm is accounting & bookkeeping.  With over 25 years’ experience she is proficient in all aspects of bookkeeping, reconciliations, sales tax, payroll tax, and much more.  Robin considers reconciling accounts fun, and views accounting as solving a big, important puzzle.  In addition to accounting & bookkeeping, she also oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, their employees, and customer service at the firm. 

  

When not at the office, Robin enjoys everything related to the arts – music, dance, fashion, and fine art.
